- They will not give you appointment letter till 15 days by giving funny reasons and after that make you to sign a BOND (yes bond, regardless of how much experience you have) of 1.5 years, they will not tell anything about this during the recruitment process. - This company is in Manesar NOT in Gurgaon at a inhabitable place 22 KM far from Gurgaon and the up and down time is 1.5 hours (if you are commuting from Gurgaon) each ways because of traffic-jams. - The total Development workforce is around 40 (in which people hired and fired each month) and rest are BPO/Technical support, it's a small company. - They make you work like a donkey without giving any break (not even weekends or public holidays) because they always include 7 days in estimation. And if any guy in the project is sick or takes leave then others are screwed. They pay you 1.5 day for each holiday/weekend and that looks very lucrative initially but after working 3-4 month that money seems worthless (what's the use if you do not have time to spend it). - Management is joke here (not talking about project managers), total mis-management, operation managagement team is puppet in the hand of technical leadership and they have there own hidden agenda. - Project managers are hired on demand basis and fired once the project is over (8 to 12 months), and during this short tenure they can do anything but project planning, technical leadership controls everything. - Leadership is full of egoistic people who have many informers in the workforce and they keep on sending informations to their masters. - They will take your Skype interview so that you do not get to know about the company premises, infrastructure or work-environment. - You will not be welcomed in the company the old employees always try to target you (crab tendency) and your job will never be safe there, they fire like anything on funny grounds, e.g. one girl almost got fired because she use to sit in the front seat in the cab which the Module leader did not like, another guy got fired because he did not support lewd comment of Module leader on a girl. And these firing happens without any warning, they will just tell you "don't come from tomorrow". - They will try to use all kinds of technologies in the name of latest technology irrespective of whether it is relevant to the functionality or the workforce trained on it. The only ground for using technology is because technical leadership had seen them in his wet dreams. - I see few people have commented that this company is not for lazy or clumsy people, I pity them because they have not worked in good cultured/better managed environment and do not have any idea what work-life balance is. - The cab and food is not free but paid. -You can see most of the good reviews are submitted on 15, 16, 18, 19 Sep, by this you can make out how credible they are. this is just to pep-up the good rating.
