I worked here for only a month because I couldn't take the toxic work ethics anymore. There is no such thing as management here. One uneducated, uncouth, unscrupulous and mentally regressive man runs this company who hires freshers with the false promise of training them. The salary they pay is so meager that even your domestic help earns more than that. There is no such thing as management in this company. I was hired as a digital copywriter and my work was evaluated by a person who couldn't even speak English! He would find fault with everything because he was clueless about most things related to my job. The only training I got was from my senior, neither the management nor the boss was any help whatsoever. The guy who apparently owns the company is misogynistic and makes sexist comments. There are no holidays and leaves here. There are no fixed working hours in this company, once you're in you can forget about going home for the next 10 hours. When I was hired I was told the work hours were from 9:30 am to 6 pm but after a few days I was called by the HR and told that I would have to stay till 8 pm. My advice to freshers is please don't join this company, you'll have a nightmare of a time here, plus you won't be able to learn anything here.
