Coworkers are friendly and accommodating. Hours are consistent, if early. At present, there is no mandatory overtime, but that has not always been the case. Most of the time it is easy to leave the stress of work at work and not take it home with you.
Minpunten
Lack of communication from corporate leads to uncertainty and the feeling of being undervalued. Requests for supplies get sent in without result, questions get asked with no response, and when we do hear from corporate, it's because they want to make a big change with no notice and expect immediate results. Often, it feels like my hands are being tied while I am simultaneously asked to produce more. Little chance raises or promotions makes other employment opportunities look much more appealing especially considering the stressful nature of the job. There is very little incentive to stay here. I know that everybody wants more money, but honestly, compensating your employees is far and away the best way to show your employees that they are valued.
