Really none. Maybe the gym that you will never have time to use.

Minpunten

Lies. They have changed their work from home policy for new starters. You will be required to be in the office 5 days a week for the first 6 months. Terrible leadership. Bullying. For a tech company they use the worst tech internally and also the customer facing tech is quite laughable in quality. It’s a very depressing place to be honest and there are lots of very unhappy people there. Don’t believe any of the lies around the culture. Work hard play hard is a huge red flag.

Good building , good facilities , good perks, good location, good people, good vision , good company - just a good place to be.

Preconfigured solutions still need more work making it hard for consultants and R&D. Driven to succeed at all costs - a positive as you work for a very successful company with job security and career prospects something I did not have with the previous company I worked for that struggled to survive ; but a negative because failure is never an option and you need to with the hours.
