The best thing about this company is that you can learn to scam people wonderfully after being here. You also learn to survive without any salary. You also learn how to deal with unprofessionalism and unnecessary dramas.

No salary whatsoever for 4 months that I stayed. They don't have any office. Neither in Patna nor in Chennai. Called us to a College Campus in Chennai whom they duped in exchange for recruitment. We asked for stay and food after around 40 days of no salary. They arranged the guesthouse of the college for us and duped a grocery-guy to get grocery in debt. Then made us cook food, clean house and buy grocery. They said the good projects with higher salary will be given to the ones who do good in household works because "team work". Who cannot impress Syed Ghulam and Sanjeev Kumar with their food will get paid lower than what was said. There were no projects. Never paid a penny. Instead took money from one kid who had a back paper promising to keep his secret. And also took money from others who had submitted their original certificates.

Challenging environment, so much work to do and always have something new to work on.

I don't see any issues.
