There are a lot of downsides working here. No appraisal policy- they call you & give the increment of 30k per year. No matter how you perform. Fixed rate. Take it or leave it. Every employee is unsatisfied/unhappy Too restricted environment. Management blames employees. Everything is controlled by director & his wife. Too much workload Experienced person is replaced by interns. They will stop you from talking with other employees. Differentiating in interns & experienced person No break in between, take tea at your desk. People working on 4-5 projects Sadistic & dull environment No fun activities You have to keep your phone in plastic bag
