Friendly people, nice office, gym with (dirty) showers, hybrid schedule, summer Fridays finish at 1 (if you’re lucky to have a workload that permits that), stale Costco birthday cake once a month, birthday day off.

Minpunten

For a company that prides itself on mental health, they offer no support in that area. Many employees have had burnouts while working there. You will be reprimanded for the smallest, most insignificant issue. Expect a heavy workload and zero flexibility. Their management style is to have too many cooks in the kitchen (VP’s) that micromanage everything you do creating a stressful and toxic work environment. You’re often expected to read minds and can easily get in trouble if you overlook a minor detail. You always need to look behind your back as some people will not hesitate to bring you down to level themselves up. Finally this is a company that leads with fear instead of compassion. Do not expect any loyalty after giving your best effort for many years, they will toss you out like an old pair of socks.
