      My special thanks to Sujatha for making my stint at Tejasco smooth and hassle free. I had a wonderful time working here 1. Employee packages and benefits are at par with IT consulting firms 2. Everything from onboarding to resignation was handled very professionally and smoothly 3. One of the very few agencies who vehemently lookout for other prospects for you i.e. they always have your back 4. Their clientele and the projects that they recruit you for is quite impressive and rivals some of the biggest IT consulting firms

      Minpunten

      The only issue is that the roles are mostly for junior and intermediate candidates; yet to see roles offered for a PM or a Programme Manager

      Pluspunten

      Management & HR is really good. Great team to work with. Employee benefits are really great. Management and it's team take care of employees. Even in this tough times company supported all employees. Some times, they will go out of their way to support the employees. One of the best Information Technology companies to work with in Singapore. I recommend to join if you get an opportunity.

      Nothing to mention as the Company really take care of their employees. Didn't find any issues at all.

      Pluspunten

      Up-coming company. They try to provide challenging platform to work for everyone involved in the projects. Management team is good and gives support to employees. They give job opportunity for freshers also.

      Minpunten

      Since it is a start-up company, there are areas of improvement with respect to process. I was involved in client's application support and there used to be demand for late working to meet the deadlines.
