Benefits if you live in the USA. Some coworkers were great. I got to fly to the USA a few times.

Toxic, cruel and untrustworthy. Company had its' best years in the past. I only worked for Teletracking for a few years. Weekly we received emails how business was great and deals were being closed. During my employ I had a coworker regularly scream at me and three of my coworkers in front of other coworkers and clients. It was humiliating to be bullied in my workplace so often. We complained to our supervisor and then personnel. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. One day in November 2018 we got a call from our direct supervisor thinking it was our normal Friday meetings and we were sacked. I am not sure if we were terminated because we complained about being bullied at work or if we were mislead on how strong the company was doing. We trained for 2 years and then suddenly fired with no reason given. I could have been working for another company and developing a strong career at another employer. I wish I knew how easily they discard employees. Some coworkers told me it was because deals never materialized in England. It was surprising because of how much money they would spend here staying at Marriott hotels every night instead of leasing a flat for three years. Very wasteful spending.

The company has changed significantly over time, and most employees feel it is no longer operating at the same level as in the past. Recent leadership turnover has created uncertainty within the organization. Employees feel there is limited support from leadership when addressing broken or inefficient processes, which can make day-to-day work more challenging. Compensation adjustments such as raises or bonuses have not occurred for some time. There appears to be a lot of customers moving to their EMR solution.
