As an organization wide initiative we have incorporated new processes that will help employees give feedback about their managers in transparent manner via 360 feedback mechanism. We are taking into account not just the competencies but their skills to manage people, behavior etc As for the valid concerns regarding the delays in salary, we are happy to report that we are in the middle of solving the problem.
