1)Very poor Management 2)Lot of politics. 3) Ypu are lucky if you come from the same place as that of the manager 4) there is no way of escalation if you have problem with your team lead.. 5)Management will never care about you, they will blindly take team leads comments.

One of the chances to get job in USA for those from other countries due to international affiliates other the world. Company is mostly doing corp-to-corp business in SW development / maintenance. Standard benefits, not bad medical and 401K packages.

Minpunten

Salary rate is a little lower than average of the market. The level of bureaucracy is sometime annoying. HR work is not satisfied. Lately the global management was changed, many re-organizations happened and it looks like the things are also getting worse.
