All pros are based off the specific branch I work out of. Boss is easy to work with. Easy work life balancing with scheduling. Easy to get the time off for appointments etc.

Minpunten

The corporate side of the job is a fight and a hassle every step of the way. Raises are bad despite good profits in your division or branch

Pluspunten

Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.
