Terrible company to work for. Wages are from a third word country which is why they love diversity so they pay less. This company is your typical race to poverty company. Do not work for rhis company if you want to grow.

Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.
