Pluspunten
The new building was a pro, but that wore off after a few days. PTO is generous, but it is hard to find time to take off when you are asked to validate your PTO or told that you cannot take PTO around certain holidays. Team members are great to work with, but management and above are abysmal.
Minpunten
Manager is often out of the office or not showing up on time. It's hard to do planned work when they are not there to manage people, so everyone is forced to pick up the slack. Management should do a better job of making employees feel validated and able to do their job to the best of their ability. It's a school yard environment with gossip and no reward for the hard workers. Upper management needs to evaluate lower managers instead of picking those on the team on the bottom rungs of the ladder and not correcting the issue.
