The company focuses on a pipeline of innovative medical devices which offers opportunities for all facets of the organization to grow. I personally have been able to move into new roles every few years at Teleflex and am very appreciative for the life myself and my family have been afforded because of this company. The management has high integrity and a good strategic vision. They do what they commit to. Most of the the employees are very engaged and positive. The company focuses on employees and offers many personal development courses, tuition reimbursement and a competitive salary and benefits package.
