Too secretive, no transparency at all, most Team leaders and managers are very inexperienced and don't know what they are doing, the CEO should really look into this or his efforts will be lost, managers have no insides of their team at all, walking around full of pride, job advertisement is very vague with no clue on what to expect, most people in the company stay in because of lack of better opportunity in the Midlands.
