Overall culture is good as it should in MNCs. If the boss is expatriate it will be better for the career growth as they followed the guidelines and do frequent reviews.
Minpunten
Not sure if the performance review is set up by the corporate team or by local management. It seems more like dividing a piece of cake each time when it comes to performance appraisal. While the company should recognize employees who did their job by rating exceeding, the local management is refraining from doing that but instead rating exceeding for non performing employees.
