Fells like there was a disconnect from the top management, product development was not supported as it needed to be. Typical employee pay was not equal to similar positions within the industry.

Company's market place is limited. It needs to expand either to other countries or expand its product line to open new markets. Strong loyalty to employees sometimes leads to a slower response time for HR issues
