A good core workforce, tuition reimbursement and friendly colleagues.

Minpunten

Spend a few years killing yourself to hire only to turn around and lay everyone off. It's not a fun experience and the turnover in HR doesn't end for the site.

Hardly any days off , very bad management, the Seward, Nebraska location is very dirty , the general manager position has had multiple people come through that location, HR is very un fair and has better opportunities for certain people that are in their pockets? They constantly are having group leaders change areas and switching out the positions to different people who have no clue what they are doing ? The group leaders punish the good people and reward their friends, this location has no desire to succeed or grow or listen to the employees who do all the dirty work
