You will enjoy working with a group of great and smart people. This place provides a nice work environment. You will learn a lot from interacting with your team and Tensoft's customers. No micro-management as long as you get things done timely. They offer opportunities for you to grow and maximize your potentials.

Minpunten

Often times you may fact challenges as this is not avoidable in every job. But you will gain satisfication after resolving these issues.

Thanks for the feedback! Tensoft looks for great hires who will fit in well with our relaxed company culture. Working with customers can sometimes be challenging, so it really helps to know that your team has your back and will pitch in wherever needed.

Smart people leveraging technology to benefit customers. Great place to go deep into customer needs and to significantly impact people. Functional roles are important - however initiative specific teams are frequently created which can be fun as well as stretching your knowledge base. Company values ability to deliver results while providing reasonable flexibility.

Minpunten

Not a great place to work if you prefer sticking with what you already know - environment forces you to stretch to learn and to change. Additionally you need to be comfortable with the dynamic team concept - where you need to be able to join a team and respond to leaders beyond your direct supervisor.
