They drink a lot of alcohol but that can also be a bad thing… they do burger Fridays but they’re always awkward and the people are very clicky

There is a lack of growth in this business. Hierarchy stems from the top down and they’re not willing to bring new people in to help the business grow. They are stuck in their old ways and will never change. People tend to get left out and there were many times I’d eat alone because they are not good at including others. Culture sucks, clients suck and your weeks will go by and you’ll be wondering why you spent so much time working for this place. Would not recommend working here.
