Doesn't consider seasoned / tenured employees as an asset worth protecting.
LT is slow to react to a rapidly changing economic/technical ecosystem. This is partly due to too many mid level managers and the Marketing Departments inability to connect with the customer base and drive changes within it's product offerings at the required pace to keep up with the surrounding landscape.
