Total lack of leadership. Incompetent people promoted to CXO levels consistently. Rampant nepotism, favoritism, bias and racial discrimination in hiring/firing decisions. Lack of board oversight. Tons of churn in leadership recently has made things worse. Resorting to a lot of talk vs any tangible actions to transform the business. Would NOT recommend as a place to do meaningful work and learn.
