For the same reason that we dont have office, all the processes(Amex, cell phone, grovery vouchers) are SO tired, the people in charge of that doesnt know some of the policy, so you need to search for the information. Many thing are not defined yet, at least in this position, the structure is not the best, and many roles execute the same activities. Benefits are not the best compare to the big tech companies like AWS, MSFT and Google.
