Some people's only qualification to be in Teradata is that their spouses are in Teradata 3. People are good at heart, but when it comes to work, I think good at technical skills matter more. 5. Again, less pay. 6. They don't know whom to fire and whom to keep at the time of layoffs. 7. In short, people are lazy, that brings lack of enthusiasm to the company.
