Poor management Favoritism Impossible work load Unrealistic expectations Work/life balance Any and everything will be used against you Management will use you and you are just another number on a piece of paper They will give you false hope of changes to obtain compliance to ensure there metrics are met Don’t plan on this being a career unless you don’t mind scamming people
