Pluspunten
The people I got to work with were great and opportunity to continually learn new things was great. Schedules could be flexible depending on the projects going on at the time. Alot of the work was not with other Terracon employees but rather dealing with contractors. Got to work outside and at different places all the time.
Minpunten
At the time I was working there the travel became more than I wanted. Not too much over night travel but I would be on the road up to 8 hours just getting to and from the job sites. It was also during the rescission and the quality of work in construction was lower and some how everyone liked to blame the inspector for the contractor not building per plans and specs.
