Great team, fun work, opportunity for growth, great office culture. It's a great starter job but definitely not a long-term plan.

Minpunten

Zero hour contracts, most LQA start with that and have to work their way to a permanent contract, but the upper management is too stingy and will not offer these or promote staff who really deserves it. They kept trying to push offices out of the UK to cheaper areas.

New Orleans office is a sweatshop. Gets to 80 degrees daily and has been that way for years. Hard to focus or even care about the work with such bad conditions. HR and management have avoided raises for years and the new system setup is shady and not transparent. Nightmare HR - understaffed and hardly reachable. Upper management had a lot of nepo. I saw a new old head come in, get promo’d to the top, and then promo’d every single person under him along the way. They just hire anyone off the street so competency can be pretty low. But there are some smart people just looking for intro gig.
