Not great - werkgeversreview Urban Designer bij Tetra Tech

Poor management. My team was not very well organised, often left me hanging. Wouldn’t recommend the business in general for early careers, just seems a lot more disorganised than other large companies and the high turnover shows this. I could imagine it being a good place to work at principal level and above, however support for younger staff is limited and there is a big gap between staff.
