      In the three years you had worked for us you failed to omit that you were paid on time and sometimes early where we can. By breaking your contract and not showing up for shifts left the team in jeopardy and you were not paid as you did not hit the required specifications to do so.. Communication is key...       The pay is .03 per message. They expect you do a minimum of 1000 messages in a month. $30 for the month. The first month you are working for free....AND pay them $5 for "training". They don't tell you the payrate until you have accepted the job and then get mad at you when you won't accept their rate.
