Overall a pretty cool office and culture. The company is growing and if you are the right fit and can work a lot of hours, could get on the ground floor of a big thing. The people in most departments are great.

The culture in the engineering department is pretty toxic. You have to code exactly as the lead engineer or you're spending half your time reworking your code. Also you don't get much time to complete tasks considering you have to constantly redo your work to make you code match exactly something the lead engineer would write. Also I've never seen a place where people yell at each other over coding disagreements. It's bad.
