      Pluspunten

      The staff overall is full of kind, dedicated, and smart people. It was a pleasure being in the office a few days a week and learning alongside the other MEPs. You will be given a great deal of responsibility and your own portfolio. You will build relationships with your Council Members that are rewarding and you will feel like you are making a difference. The office itself is well maintained with additional employee perks such as free coffee and snacks. The technology platforms used by TCB are also sound and helpful overall.

      Minpunten

      The workload for a MEP is very heavy. If you get certain managers, their expectations will be both unreasonable and poorly communicated. It was never clear to me when my manager was happy with my work or unhappy. It often felt like I was left alone to my own devices to a degree at which I was floundering for information or wholly micro-managed with nothing in between. My boss needed the team to think and act like them or they didn't know how to work with them or teach them. The boss often emailed and expected results late into the evening hours. The boss had a mercurial personality that would determine the success or failure of any given day.

      Company is growing and always looking for ways to improve. I feel that leadership encourages suggestions and feedback and values our voices. A very great company to start or end your career with. Lots of talented people here. Work like balance is fantastic.

      Minpunten

      Some teams are limited in their capacity due to mid-level management who are a bit stubborn and set in their ways. HR team is not robust and feels a bit piecemeal.
