      Great teamwork environment. The company runs events that inspire and influence industry change and as employees we get to be a part of that success. It is a nimble company that quickly and successfully adapts to whatever situation arises to stay relevant. All ideas are welcome from all team members.

      Minpunten

      Hours can be long during event season and some Sundays may be required for travel. It is a small team, so at times you may be asked to help on a project that may not be exactly your role.

      Pluspunten

      I enjoyed every aspect of working at The Conference Forum. I truly believe that one of the things that made it most enjoyable were the people working there, they were incredibly supportive and helpful, especially my direct bosses Allyson and Bre! The work was always engaging and felt very worth while. Additionally, I learned an incredible amount and left with knowledge that I will carry with me to all positions in the future. I hope to work with this team again one day!

      Great co-workers, fun to go to conferences in different places!

      Minpunten

      Leadership is arrogant and not interested in developing talent. They will never do things any other way than how "it's always been done." No real vision. Lots of turnover. Marketing positions are really sales positions. There is no mentorship, guidance, or growth from within.
