Pluspunten
From training to working on the sales floor or with stock- my experience at TCS was awesome. You will develop the feeling of pride with the company and it's products. They pay and treat you well so you can treat others well. I really loved working at TCS (it's a plus if you love the store already, and if you don't- you'll learn to)- this job spoiled other retail jobs for me for sure. Casual attire is awesome- though I was never really fond of the aprons the sales team wears. It's definitely a positive and uplifting environment to be a part of.
Minpunten
It requires labor and commitment to be a dedicated team member. This is not a job where you sit around and look pretty, you will definitely work. If organization is not your thing, you will either learn to make it your thing or you'll be miserable stacking boxes, that's for sure.
