Pluspunten
Depends on who your boss is, and the department it can be a great working environment. I stayed in the job mainly for my coworkers. Only reason this company is getting three stars Instead of two is because I had one manager in the subro team who was absolutely amazing and made me feel like not only was I valuable but that I did great work there, when that manager was promoted the manager after did not get along with me, nor did her previous supervisor.

If you get a boss who doesn't like you it's a nightmare. Management isn't always honest with where you stand. Need a degree in order to advance. I started having trouble after I expressed a wish to move up or do more for the company and asking if there was any possibility of management experience. Salary isn't great
