Beautiful and expensive decor. Good if you are into boasting about clientele. Decent salary and room to negotiate terms of your role once you have passed probation.
Minpunten
Toxic management, not interested in developing staff, you either fit the mould or get made to feel like poop. Management will openly discuss and put down other staff. No one is ever praised only made to feel like you are never doing your job (which seems to change at the boss' will). New staff are often left on their own and you learn through mistakes. Should be advertised as a sales role as that is clearly what they are looking for. Boss is delusional and self indulgent... either a genius or a scammer. Interested to see where this company ends up in a few years time...
