The Many really tries to live its values (Optimism Wins, Open & Curious, Up For The Challenge, Passionate Without Ego) every single day, all damn day. Yeah, we're not perfect but we all really try, because those are the values we all believe in and want to live up to. It feels like a family here, maybe that goes back to the values, but we all are sort of in it together. It's flat and collaborative and people here are high performers. There's a TON of transparency, more than anywhere else I've worked. And there's no limit to where someone can go, if that person performs. Yes, the snacks are awesome. And the dogs are even more awesome. It's probably the happiest damn place I've ever worked, even when things get nuts (because this is advertising, after all). So I feel pretty lucky I get to walk in here, and work with these people, and they each inspire me in their own special way. Also, I really don't understand what this other reviewer from 9/8 is talking about because I'll be honest: I have never felt like my voice as a female is more heard and more valued in my entire career so far. We have almost 50% female leadership here. And none of these women would ever let another woman get shut down in a room, nor would any of the men here, for that matter. I also feel like, for this business, we are pretty doggone diverse and working to be more so all the time. I feel like that reviewer must have worked somewhere else because none of what that person said made sense.

Parking SUCKS. Like, really sucks. Also, it's advertising, so advertising can suck, too. If you're not a high performer, you won't survive. Sorry. I'd love it if the upstairs didn't get so hot.
