Pluspunten
The culture has noticeably improved under new leadership, with a much more people-focused and collaborative approach. Old processes are being modernised, new ideas are encouraged and there is a real sense of optimism amongst colleagues and in the Fellowship as a whole. The biggest pro of working here are the people. Staff are smart, passionate and hardworking and it's brilliant to see their effort being acknowledged and celebrated.
Minpunten
There has been a lot of change, which can make it difficult to settle in. It can be confusing to know who to go to for certain things, but this is getting better after moving away from the siloed work culture that existed before.
