Excellent work environment including my team! Love the director and her humility; easy to talk to and can go to. Expectations for quality. Overall laid back in personality.

Minpunten

Pay is low, otherwise I would’ve never left Lack of diversity in the area- but not in the company

This organization is dedicated to making a difference in their community. From early childhood education, supporting children and their families that have been victims of crime, supporting and providing shelter for persons experiencing domestic violence, providing food to the hungry, and supporting pregnant women and children through the Women, Infants and Children program. Great benefits package and matching 401K contributions.

Minpunten

Compassion fatigue. You hear about some horrible things that people have gone through. The upside is that you can help provide a safe haven for someone going though a difficult time in their life.
