When I started I saw a great opportunity with a small company and we had the opportunity to directly affect the growth and direction of the company. The communication from the top down became increasingly non-existent and the feeling throughout the field got steadily worse. They had great managers that left to join other companies and what is left is nothing short of laughable. The people in the field have taken a 20% pay cut over the last year, and when questioned by an area manager on a conference call about the legality of cutting existing salaries, he was told that the company can do" whatever they want." The professionalism that once existed has been replaced by backstabbing and the fear of losing your job at any moment.
