      Owner is insecure and self-destructive. Puts down his team, squashes talent when if he feels others have potential, and is manipulating.

      Genuine people who are enthusiastic about creating great work. An openminded work environment where everyone truly has a voice. Excellent work/life balance.       Like with any small company, you have to create your own opportunities. If you see something that needs improvement, get on it yourself. Build your case and management will support you.
