What I like best about Therefore is that as a manager, I am empowered to contribute and run my department. I am not micro-managed. A nice change compared to some other employers I have worked for! This is a small business on a path of steady growth to becoming a much larger company. As such, it does experience growing pains but nothing that can't be overcome with good management and excellent additional staff!
