Some good hard-working people at Thinkware Inc. who really care. The company has good niche market they are a major player in.

Minpunten

Owner has his fingers in every aspect of the company, very much a micro-manager. Very rash, impulsive decision-maker. Priorities change with the wind. No stability or continuity. There's an atmosphere of mistrust throughout much of the organization because of the owner's management style.

Decent pay, and some decent non leader employees. 2 solid middle management people.

No good leadership, Cto is afraid to talk to employees, no social skills what so ever. Let me go with no warning or reason the Monday following Christmas a week after I was back from being extremely sick with covid and let me go with a text message and no call. Allowed a female employee to harass me verbally on a daily basis doing nothing to resolve after multiple times reporting it. Told me that I am an adult and to deal with it like an adult. Terrible communication. No work life balance.
