In my experience, the work environment was highly stressful and often felt toxic due to poor communication, unrealistic expectations, and inconsistent management practices. Requirements were frequently unclear, yet teams were expected to deliver complex features within very short timelines, which could negatively affect product quality. I also felt there was a lack of transparency in recognition and career growth, with perceived favoritism meaning that hard work and strong performance were not always acknowledged. Job security felt uncertain, and even talented, dedicated employees could be affected by sudden organizational decisions. Overall, I believe the company would benefit from stronger leadership, clearer planning, fairer recognition practices, and a more supportive workplace culture.
