Definitely a family feel. A lot of great coworkers. Not a lot of lazy workers.

High stress. The pay could be better. You can only make good money if your in the clinical field. If your not clinical, good luck making a decent wage. Under staffed at times. A lot of sick patients. No hazard pay for being around covid patients on a day to day basis.
