All my experiences have been positive so far, I have no cons to mention.

A great group of guys put together in strenuous work conditions. Hours of operation are 7AM-3:30PM, so great for early birds.

Pay is embarrassing, even for inexperienced technicians, it's not motivating at all. Stanley, the owner, is the absolute WORST and does nothing but dictate, micromanage, and wastes time just walking around keeping an eye on you in the disguise of asking about your day. He knit-picks at everything you do, no positive feedback about anything whatsoever unless your management. Very condescending on regular workers and favoritism is shown to management and since it's a family company, wife and son (who has sexual assault, breaking and entering charge against him) are turned a blind eye but always makes YOU feel like you're being unprofessional. Very anal and petty about the most insignificant things like wearing your hat backwards.
