Company offers many benefits, with the most notable being the free onsite gym, onsite laundry room, and a beautiful cafeteria in which cooked food is prepared each weekday. The entire group of leaders at TicketNetwork are strong and hard-driving, and all are willing to listen to suggestions to make the company better for both its employees and customers.

The job can at times be very demanding. From time to time, you get an irate customer, usually because they were misinformed by another representative. Starting pay is not typical for the ticketing industry.
