Business-first mentality: Zero care for employee well-being; you're just a cog in their machine. Rigid hierarchy: Your ideas and concerns are ignored, creating a demoralising atmosphere. Exploitative practices: Unpaid overtime is expected and enforced through meetings, with negative repercussions for those who don't comply. Toxic leadership: The directors create a hostile environment where employees feel belittled and undervalued. High turnover: People leave constantly due to the negative atmosphere & this becomes very clear within the first few weeks of working at this company.
