Salary lower than market rate. You will be sign as 5.5 workday (actual workday 5days), so no replacement off if PH falls on Sat. If you going to apply PR, BEWARE!! they will bond you if u work less than 3years for just requesting Employment Letter. Incentive and some of the bonus will not be given if you work less than 2years.
