The families are great, very supportive. Most coworkers are amazing and are also on board/against with what happens behind the scenes.

They will try to make you come and/or bring your sick child to work if you have a child attending. -managers only worry about what benefits them and saving face to parents. - children with allergies are rarely accommodated, as staff is not always made aware by management.
